Nice cosy and brand-new room, superb view of the north bay. Comfortable bed and great facilities. Excellent location, 10 minutes' walk to a landscaped park. Set just next door to the sea front in a quiet area, the town centre, and scarborough for over 50 years in the quiet area.

The location of the hotel was great, with stunning views of the sea from the rooms at the front. It was also conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast served at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The rooms were in desperate need of modernization. The decor was outdated and the cleanliness left much to be desired.
